Your mission
- Implement and execute export sales strategy, operational plans and strategic initiatives to meet the business targets
- Account management of the assigned export customers to meet the sales budget
- Identify international customers and develop good commercial practices
- Identify customers’ needs and proactively find ad hoc solutions
- Identify concerns, search uncovered opportunity and build a plan to convince them to “win” with our products
- Assess and qualify opportunities, influence and develop specifications
- Create pricing structure for the account according to given pricing policy
- Set objectives (financial and operational) for the account, improve forecasting accuracy and conduct account reviews
- Prepare quotations, negotiate and win opportunities / prospects
- Close interaction and communication with customers on a regular basis to determine changing needs and preferences
- Improve understanding of customers’ business environment
- Determine the most crucial needs of the key account and ensure they receive first-class customer care and service
- Create and execute action plans and a multi-year strategy for long-term sustainable, profitable growth (new business development)
- Ensure effective communication with relevant cross-functional teams
- Monitor planned KPI’s and progress of growth and profitability
- Identify and communicate market trends and track key competitors on a regular basis
- Regular reporting to Head of Sales CB & Sales Director CB
Your profile
- Higher education
- 3-5 years of experience in international sales
- Excellent use of MS Office
- Financial literacy (financial knowledge for P&L, margin/price decision making)
- Strong communication skills
- International mindset and teamplayer
- Proven track record of delivering results, driving sales cases and creating new business
- English advanced; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- MBA is a plus
